I love this Particular Books cover for Charlie Porter’s beautiful first novel published on 20th March by Penguin Books UK.

Charlie’s words about the cover:

“The photograph is of Judy Blame and John Moore mudlarking on the foreshore of the Thames, taken in 1983 by Nicola Tyson. Judy and the House of Beauty and Culture are a huge inspiration for the philosophy of the book, which is set in a parallel universe version of London.”
